switch to jscs

some of the changes to jshint lately have been kind of lame, (unused raising an error if you use the second but not the first argument, removing white) maybe we should look into something like jscs instead?

I think they have a place together, since jscs doesn't cover all jshint settings.

Turns out jshint is dropping (or dropped, not sure) style related rules. Jscs only detects style related issues. Eslint looks like a good replacement, since it has both.
