Missing icon/item states for things/items in game

I know various dresses, robes, and other items have been broken. I'm going to try and fix this maybe, so we don't have to deal with it in the future.
Items that are broken and their status:

• Orange bandana (fixed)
• Silvia's labcoat (fixed)
• Alien robes (removing)
• Alien dress (removing)
• White sundress (resprited to reflect description, i have a back up of old sprite)
• Yellow dress (fixed)
• Red and blue pajamas (no problems found)
• HoS rig suit, no helmet sprite on UI (assumedly solved?)
• Shark tail (implemented)
• Classy bartender (missing uniform.dmi sprite, needing spriter)
• Nazi (missing suit.dmi sprite, look in suits.dmi for reference, needs spriter)
• Scarfs (they have no sprites in masks.dmi and mask.dmi, code located at the near bottom of miscellaneous.dm, spriter needed)
• Salads and other custom foods (code is in customizables.dm and sprites are in food.dmi, but i can't immediately discern what's wrong with it)
• Merc rig suit helmet (w.i.p., missing code, testing ASAP)
• Death armor
• /obj/item/toy/therapy_ all seem to be missing icon_states/item_states.
• Collectable cake hat (investigating)

Let me know/edit this if we find any more.

Could this be converted to a checklist similar to #1265 ?

Possibly? But it wouldn't really be easy for me and I don't want people thinking things are complete when they're actually not.
p.s.: the list is constantly being updated too

I could try remaking the issue with it in checklist form. Also, if it wasn't actually complete then we wouldn't check it off.

Classy Bartender appears to be a custom item

It was but Callman specifically asked me to look into it. If they didn't want it in the code, probably could have removed it entirely.
