Make A-P Flipping easier

There's currently no great way to do the manual anterior-posterior flips that are sometimes necessary. Ideally this should be available in the GUI.

This means that the aligned images should be displayed after a pipeline run in the GUI, and then there should be an AP Flip Button (see https://github.com/napari/magicgui).
