Thanks; that has expanded since I last looked at it. Seems complete now.
Will update my own bibliography (just found that many URLs are missing, on account of how Zotero exports refs for Google books).

The uploader of these and some of the UK statutes to Commons is responsive, and may be able to 'patch' the scansets...
