[Ubuntu Desktop] Add "Show Trash Folder" setting

Hey,

I'm perhaps the only "windows" user with a clean desktop ;-)

AnduinOS comes pre-installed with GNOME Shell Extensions / Desktop Icons NG (DING).

Therefore, you can hide or show the trash can icon on your desktop via commands or the graphical interface.

via CLI

run to hide trash icon on desktop via gsettings

gsettings set org.gnome.shell.extensions.ding show-trash false

or run to hide trash icon on desktop via dconf

dconf write /org/gnome/shell/extensions/ding/show-trash false

via GUI
