Remove gnu-efi as an external dependency, and add as submodule

Currently the path to gnu-efi should be passed to UEFI's makefile, and is required to be built beforehand.
There's no reason for that, and the gnu-efi library can just be embedded inside a uefi/lib folder similarly to uacpi.
