The End is building into the space occupied by Nether Fortress, Desert, and Pillager Outpost with air blocks overwriting those chunks in the arena.
This could be a coding issue(?) or a missing Structure Voids in the nbt file issue(?)
I will need to re-add Structure Voids, save new nbt and then test to confirm either way.
