Watersheds

A friendly fan Bill emailed us wondering if we're interested in computing global watersheds to find the Asian Triple Point Divide where a rain drop could travel to any of the Arctic, Pacific or Indian oceans.

Seems interesting! I think this could be done with a reachability analysis.

I think it would make sense to determine all drainage basins, and then find all rivers that drain out of them and to where. Seems like an interesting graph problem
