[0.2.5] NPC intending to 69 may block themselves by forcing a Basket Muzzle onto the sub

(Can presumably also happen with the other non-ring gags. Can presumably also happen with plain oral.)

The NPC dom will then end the scene one turn after assuming the 69 position.
If the NPC happens to be the sub's owner, they will be disappointed.

Expected behaviour either/or the NPC dom should:

• not add blocking restraints if planning to interact with what they would block
• remove blocking restraints (as the PC can do) once they start being in the way
  (ideally remember to re-equip them afterwards)
