Platform detection API should also work with web

With 2.6.0, AirConsole has new API for IsAutomotive, IsTV and IsNormalDevice.
Currently they only work with Android builds.

It would be great if these also worked in web builds to distinguish between automotive and desktop web platforms or if there was a way to detect the devices rough hardware performance level like Low (Android TV), Medium (car), High (Desktop Web)
