Adding features to better level maintainer

It would be pretty nice to being able do delete things completely from the maintainer, atm you can just switch recipes or deactivate it but not completely delete an entry

Also would be nice to have some keybind/button or something to insta request the maintained things for testing reasons - I know you could set it to a second and look at it then, but doing it manually would be a great addition imo

You can delete things. The controls tell you when you hover the item slot.
