throwing error when used with spartan

Describe the bug

while i am using advanced skills with spartan error messages pops up and skills stop working
if i am op this error dont pop up
but when a player try to use any skill , the skill wont work and error pops up
disabling spartan stopped this , but i want spartan to work to work

How to reproduce

try using advanced skills and spartan plugin
