Issue Details
On the custom filter details page, the filter name is displayed followed by the content of the description field (if it exists), but if there is a checksum field, that takes precedence and is displayed instead.
Expected Behavior
The content of the description field (if it exists) is displayed.
Actual Behavior
if the description field exists or not, if there is a checksum field, that is displayed instead.

Additional Information
For most users, the filter checksum value is unnecessary and does not need to be displayed.
