Imath-specific CI build image now available and VFX Platform 2024/2025/2026

Currently ci_workflow_vfx.yml uses the ci-openexr container image:

There is now an Imath-specific ci-imath container image:

for 2024 / 2025 / 2026. In particular the ci-openexr image includes a build of imath in /usr/local/ which is not necessarily desirable to test a "clean" build of Imath.

VFX Platform 2023 is no longer being updated and doesn't provide a ci-imath image.

I would suggest updating ci_workflow_vfx.yml to use the ci-imath image and years 2024/2025/2026.

Looking at .github/workflows/ci_workflow_vfx.yml it seems the ci-openexr images are still in use instead of the ci-imath images, is there a reason why? The ci-openexr images already include a build of imath, so they may not be the best environment to build imath in.

Also year 2026 is not currently covered.

As of 2026-06-30 there is also a pre-release ci-openexr:2027 image, everything in VFX Platform 2027 which affects imath is included in there, and could be a valid build combination.
