Add support for another ML Algorithms

i have some questions,
what's the difference between sparseinstance and denseinstance?
when should i use one of them?

Sparse instance is only used when you have many features that have zero as a value. In those cases it is more efficient to store indices with the non-zero values. Only recommended when you have thousands of features and most have zero values
