Price Change detection

I just stumbled on this project. I was wondering how or if people are using this for price change detection?

I've been using a local changedetection.io docker container to monitor the encoded urls from Google flights.. it's not pretty. But it has saved me some money!

I figure someone out there is doing this in a smarter way. What have you come up with?

Maybe with some tweaks, this could be a plug-in of sorts to the changedetection.io code. No sense reinventing the wheel, so to speak.
