WCY still doesn't work. Substituting WWV isn't as good as WWV doesn't provide the SSN (Sun Spot Number) which WWV doesn't provide. And neither gives the SFI90 value, grrrr,

I could not reproduce this from the issue text against the currently covered WCY paths. Existing regression coverage for PC93-prefixed WCY, PC12 DK0WCY announcements, and PC73 WCY frames passes, and telnet show/wcy storage/display coverage still passes. Leaving this open pending a live peer/source sample that shows which WCY form is not being received or whether a specific relay/ingest policy is blocking it.
