[Costume Skill] Perform a Yata Dance

Describe the bug
"Perform a Yata Dance" is a costume skill exclusive to the True Blue Yata Costume, Cheerberry Yata Costume, Blackjack Yata Costume, Bloody Adorable Yata Costume.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Use skill on screen. Default button is R.
2. Animation plays.
3. When animation ends, character animation remains in a frozen idle pose.
4. If you jump, the character begins the Yata Dance animation again.
5. If you run around, your character hovers as they move while stuck on the frozen idle pose.
6. If you glide, your character is still in frozen idle pose.

Expected behavior
When you use the skill, your character does the Yata Dance and it's supposed to give you a chance of either -Aggro or +Aggro after the animation ends.
