[BUG] Questitems

Describe the bug
I can pickup more than required questitems from mobs, Example is "Velpo's Victims".

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Get Velpo's Victims quest
2. Kill mobs and loot items

Expected behavior
Should only be able to pickup required items and not more.
