Skill description
Calls forth a hand from the ground to hold an enemy, inflicting Snare for 16.5s.
Deals (422–557 + 300% Magic Attack) Magic Damage on expiration.
Snare ends if the enemy receives damage. Snare duration reduced -50% in PvP.

Describe the bug
Does no damage and does not snare mobs. (Does snare players)

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Witchcraft
2. Use on Earthen Grip

Expected behavior
Should snare mobs and deal damage
