Skill description
Fires a flash of light that deals 1228 (1197 + 100% Magic Attack) Magic Damage to all enemies in a straight line, leaving a scorched path on the ground.
Increases the Move Speed of the caster and any allies that walk on the path.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

2. Use Comet's Boon

Expected behavior
Should give extra movespeed when walking on the path
