Also - anyway to upgrade to esp32 sp3? Not urgent - just I have a slight advanced need as a web relay (special key macro activate) and replay.

Hi, I don't have any prebuilt. I do have a few PCBs, if you're in the EU feel free to email me (my email in on my profile).

As for the ESP32, I don't know when or how well ZMK will support ESPs, so no clue.
In terms of hardware, you should be able to swap the footprint and have everything work.
You'd probably want a C series and not an S series chip, as those draw less power.
