I've configured all the proper steps for the chatbot service in Messenger and following the documentation and my facebook app is in production. However I don't know how to continue and test. I've sent a message to my page and nothing has happened and I have tried to add a "Start Chat" action on a contact in my CiviCRM after I've created a conversation and I have noticed that the service is not available.

Hello @SuriGangs and thanks for your issue. Unfortunately, we are not supporting this extension any longer and so I can't help. It is open source, of course, so you are welcome to use it as you wish, but it may well need significant work to get it going again. As far as I am aware, it is not very well used or tested.
