Cool Idea and Language Prop

Very cool project. Already had a similar idea but did not come to the implementation. Reminds me of old livecoding times ^^.

It would still be cool if you could specify the language of the stream in the JSON :).

@neculaesei I think I can add this enhancement. But first, I want to hear your opinion about my plan for implementing this improvement.

1. Using Twitch API get broadcast language for each streamer
2. Update all streamers JSON profiles
3. Add front-end markup & code

But, I don't know what is happen on back-end side. So I'm not sure.
