Continous Server Information Popup on start

Server info popup window that won't go away even after spamming Start or letting the timer run out. Only sometimes it decides to close and actually continue on with the game.

For some reason your game is missing the image files it needs so it displays blank messages. Just skip through them, there are only max 20 popups displayed at a time, which pop up only once until you save.

20 is a bit excessive (it's the max the game accepts at a time) so i might reduce it to something lower later.
